TALK Research reframes how therapists think about talk with evidence-based CPD training and educational resources. Founded by conversation analyst Dr Amelia Church, the platform didn’t have a problem with words. The challenge was to show psychologists what they would learn - and why it was worth their time and money.

The fix? Position TALK Research as an essential companion to clinical practice to increase enrolments.

We stripped everything back to focus on one outcome: better client experiences. Complex content was broken into digestible building blocks. Key ideas, uncovered. Takeaways? Clear. Website copy that’s more conversational than clinical let the course’s impact take centre stage, letting therapists understand the payoff.

Next, we said goodbye to sad patient faces. Instead of photography, we created illustrations that made the content easier to grasp. What started as a clinical website was made approachable and recognisable so the brand isn’t just seen. It’s remembered.

Since its relaunch, enrolments have been rolling in. Courses today, memberships next. And who knows, maybe into your next therapy session.
