Maia Pelvic Health is a pelvic floor physio for women, men, and the LGBTQIA+ community. The brand was fresh, but its Founder, Michelle, had skin in the game. Our brief was to carry her long-standing commitment to care on her website.
Writing for a healthcare service means you can’t mince words. The opportunity lies in building a world around the brand that reflects the warmth of the in-clinic experience. Empathy is the operative word here.
We created a tone that reads as welcoming and approachable as it is trustworthy. The practice opened its doors in January 2025 with a book of referrals and sights set on future growth.
